Augustin is an engineer turned business strategist and executive. While pursuing his MBA, he took an Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) class that sparked a new direction—acquiring and growing a small business through the Self-Funded Search model.

Over a 16-year career in Telecom and IT, Augustin led digital transformation projects involving over 1,000 network elements for Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. He’s managed teams of 25+, generated $16M+ in revenue, and modernized 100+ stadium networks into high-capacity digital hubs that elevated user experiences.

A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and a trained electrical engineer, he brings a disciplined, analytical, and execution-focused approach to business transformation. Today, he’s applying that expertise—along with insights from his MBA and Kent’s Search Fund class—to acquire and scale a small B2B building maintenance services business.

His goal is to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation in a fragmented, essential industry.
